Tawlefah Platform Terms of Use

Scope of service
These terms govern use of the Tawlefah platform and its connected storefront, app and integration services.
Account and subscription
Merchants must provide accurate information, protect their accounts, pay applicable plan and usage fees, and use the service responsibly.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades begin after the current period, and features outside the new plan are disabled.
Data retention
After a subscription ends, merchant data is retained for up to 10 months. The platform may delete it after that period in line with its notices and published policy.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for activity that violates the law, others’ rights, or the security of the network and services.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service or regulatory requirements evolve, with appropriate notice to users.
